If the audio is of bad quality, make sure you are playing the video straight from a downloaded file (being already downloaded onto your device and not from the DropBox link or the USB, to eliminate a third party discrepancy). If the audio is still bad, send us an email including the .mp3 file of the routine music and we will sync the good audio file to the video.
